Be Mindful, Be Ready (BMBR)

“Be Mindful, Be Ready (BMBR)” program is a customized training with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) .


The course will be divided into two stages, each stage included four half-day(3hr)sections.
