Sarah has a business background, having earned a Masters in Business in England, followed by over a decade of hotel management and being a part of several start ups. She realized the need to bring more silence and calm into her own work life, and quickly saw the many benefits that others could gain from her meditation teachings. she is a firm believer in the power of mindset, the benefit of time to be silent and the importance of mental health strategies in both corporate and personal life. Mindfulness has been an essential part of her life, balancing the ownership of two different businesses, parenting two children and maintaining all of the responsibilities of life. A born and raised Calgarian, Sarah enjoys traveling, reading and aims to to be out in the mountains as much as possible throughout the entire year. She is a qualified MBCT facilitator.
Thoroughly practiced and continuously self-studied, Matthew has practiced meditation in various forms for 13 years. His interest lies in the unique ways that meditation is practiced around the world. He has approached many styles such as Hermetic and Buddhist philosophies which have been the most lasting. Training with teachers including Kimberley Cavanagh, Rameen Peyrow and Stephanie Staniforth among others, his studies have provided him with ample experience from different walks of the meditative path. Matthew remains dedicated to the personal application of all meditative techniques, and strives to help introduce students to a fundamentally adapted practice that can be integrated from the onset.

Dr. Lani is registered supervisor of psychological intervention of Chinese Psychological Society, key member of Chinese Psychological Society Mindfulness Academic Group, and key member of Chinese Association for Mental Health Mindfulness Academic Group.
Dr. Liu earned her Psychology Doctor's Degree in 2005 and is known for her dissertation on The Analysis of the Asymmetry Search of Facial Expressions.
Received his Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology from the University of Alberta, Canada.
He is a registered Counselling and Clinical Psychologist in Ontario, Canada.
He served as the Student Representative in the Board of Directors of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS) from 2016-2017. ACBS is the international professional home for Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Since then, he co-founded the Asian Culture and CBS Special Interest Group (SIG) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion SIG. Also, he is serving as the Member-at-Large of the Counselling Psychology Section of the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) from 2020-2022.

David has been practicing clinical massage and Osteopathic medicine for over 18 years. Through psychological (mindfulness) and physical treatments, David has been helping patients find their inner balance through the use of their own natural healing processes.
Eason earned his Master's Degree in Philosophy in Capital Normal University (China) with a major in Mental Health Education. He has 4 years worth of experience working with the drug addiction population. He uses Mindfulness-based Programs for relapse prevention. He currently lectures for around 1,000 addiction patients at his lectures on how to use Mindfulness-based programs to help themselves. He has approximately 200 addiction patients attending his 8-week Mindfulness-based Relapse Prevention groups.
